
Coordinator, Growth & Brand Experience

- Support the Growth team in logistics coordination and administrative tasks related to business development.
- Organize governance systems - Teams channels, response templates, etc.
- Support the Brand Experience team in the creation, coordination, and submission of cases for local, national, and international award shows.
- Support the Brand Experience team in implementing the agency's marketing and communications strategy.
- Support the creation, writing, and posting of content on social media and the website.
- Support the implementation of internal and external event programs.
- Manage invoicing for the Growth and Brand Experience team and follow up on payments with the finance department.
- Keep the marketing calendar up to date and follow up as necessary with agency leads and the finance team.
- Perform any other related tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the team on a daily basis.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a coordination role
- Experience in a marketing or media agency is an asset
- Adaptability - able to respond easily to unforeseen events and changes
- Clear, concise, and effective communication skills, able to simplify complexity while keeping the essence of the message
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong empathy, combined with a sense of urgency and a bias for action
- Proactivity, autonomy, and initiative
- Proven ability in project coordination, logistics, and scheduling
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience supporting brand initiatives, including public relations campaigns and event organization
- Skills in content creation, writing, and posting on various social platforms
- Team spirit and collaboration skills
- Aptitude for creativity and innovation
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written - As our global network deals daily with national and international clients, a level of English that enables you to understand and express yourself fluently in both French and English is a basic requirement for this role
