Location: TMR, Montreal (Hybrid - 2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to $90K depending on experience
Hours: 37.5h/week + Summer Fridays off at 1PM

You'll be part of a collaborative team in a hybrid work model, contributing directly to the success of key brands-all within a dynamic and supportive environment.What You'll Do:- Develop and optimize production schedules using SAP
- Coordinate planning for raw materials and packaging
- Issue requisitions and ensure availability of components
- Balance plant capacity while minimizing costs
- Monitor and manage production orders in SAP
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timelines, - priorities, and product releases are aligned
- Enforce procurement agreements in coordination with the U.S. purchasing leadWhat We're Looking For:- 5+ years of experience in production/materials planning (pharma preferred, but open to complex food or CPG backgrounds)
- Strong understanding of regulated environments (Health Canada, FDA compliance a strong asset)
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalency required
- Solid experience with SAP or a similarly complex ERP system
- Some exposure to purchasing tasks
- Excellent organizational skills, strong sense of urgency, problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative attitude
- Fluent in FrenchLanguage Requirements: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
