- Provide administrative and clerical support tasks as needed: booking travel, meetings, conference attendance, preparing meeting minutes, preparing expense reports, coordinating team events, presentations, Log and track IT requests, and general project coorindation support;
- Introduces new employees to a project systems, structures, and arranges delivery of job-specific materials and equipment to the employee;
- Helps employees complete documentation for timsheet, payroll and other benefits conducts a tour of the workplace or facilities;
- Support the on-boarding program and ensures all new employees complete orientation and compliance training;
- Provide training & support for Oracle time sheet management;
- Provide Project Controls support as needed: ad hoc assignments (reports, expense's, etc.);
- Assist in Document Control Administration by following document control policies.
