- Assist with CRM follow-ups and client management activities
- Maintain organized documentation of daily activities and communications
- Provide hourly check-ins and status updates during designated work hours
- Coordinate between multiple projects and client relationships
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Slack and basic administrative software platforms
- Ability to work independently during scheduled 4-hour blocks
- Reliable internet connection and professional communication standards
- Proactive approach to task management and problem-solving
- Bonus if you have basic familiarity with CRM systems
