Shift and Hours of Work: 1.0 FTE - full-time-term- days, currently 08:30 - 16:45
Pay Scale: As per established salary scaleSpecifications: Term ending May 31, 2027 with 2 week's notice and possibility of extension. Assignment and hours of work are subject to change at any time as per operational requirements
Closing Date: Open until FilledSelection Criteria:Education:
- Business Administration certificate and/or an equivalent combination of formal education and related experience, preferably in a health care environment.
- Minimum 5 years practical experience in a senior support role;
- Experience directly related to executive level administrative functions, including to a Board of Directors is an asset;
- Demonstrated proficiency working in a computerized environment and with MS Office.
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in both official languages (French and English) is required;
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships at all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders;
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to understand detailed information;
- Demonstrates responsibility for and accurately handles the details associated with one's work; is conscientious about accuracy; maintains appropriate confidentialities.
- Strong IT skills required;
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and respond with initiative;
- Ability to prioritize workload;
- Must be in good physical and mental health;
- Ability to demonstrate a satisfactory employment record, including attendance; and
- Current Criminal Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector and Adult Abuse Registry Check deemed satisfactory by the Employer.
Demonstrates knowledge and support of:
- Actionmarguerite's mission, vision, values; Resident Bill of Rights, and Actionmarguerite's policies and procedures;
- Workplace Health and Safety and safe work practices; and
- W.H.M.I.S. program.
