Position Overview:Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a well-established professional services firm in Winnipeg to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior Executive. This role is best suited for a highly resourceful and detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, is confident managing competing priorities, and takes pride in enabling senior leadership to operate efficiently.The successful candidate will act as a key point of coordination across leadership, playing an important role in keeping priorities on track, communication flowing, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This position requires a high level of discretion, initiative, and the ability to think ahead.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate the Executive’s schedule, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is used effectively
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal leaders, external partners, and clients on behalf of the Executive
  • Organize and support meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of relevant materials
Monitor incoming communications, respond where appropriate, and escalate urgent matters as needed * Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Track key action items and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks and initiatives
  • Support firm-wide meetings, leadership sessions, and special events as required
  • Assist with coordination of strategic initiatives and leadership projects
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business and client information
  • Provide administrative and operational support that enhances overall leadership effectiveness
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience supporting senior-level executives, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative
