Job Description:We're looking for a resourceful and detail-driven Executive Assistant to partner closely with a senior leader and help drive day-to-day effectiveness.   • Oversee and optimize a complex schedule, ensuring time is aligned with key priorities
  • Coordinate meetings and commitments across internal teams and external contacts
  • Anticipate conflicts, adjust plans as needed, and ensure time is used effectively
  • Support inbox management, including drafting responses and prioritizing communications
Driving Meeting Effectiveness
  • Organize agendas, materials, and key context ahead of meetings
  • Capture important takeaways and next steps when required
  • Follow up on action items to keep initiatives moving forward
  • Assist in planning off-sites, leadership sessions, and internal events
Connecting Teams and Priorities
  • Act as a central point of contact between leadership and various teams
  • Support preparation of presentations, updates, and internal communications
  • Help coordinate onboarding activities for senior team members
  • Track progress on key initiatives and help maintain momentum
Supporting External Interactions
  • Arrange and prepare for meetings with external stakeholders
  • Compile background information and briefing materials
  • Assist with follow-up communications as needed
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support roles, preferably within detail-oriented services environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
