- Oversee and optimize a complex schedule, ensuring time is aligned with key priorities
- Coordinate meetings and commitments across internal teams and external contacts
- Anticipate conflicts, adjust plans as needed, and ensure time is used effectively
- Support inbox management, including drafting responses and prioritizing communications
- Organize agendas, materials, and key context ahead of meetings
- Capture important takeaways and next steps when required
- Follow up on action items to keep initiatives moving forward
- Assist in planning off-sites, leadership sessions, and internal events
- Act as a central point of contact between leadership and various teams
- Support preparation of presentations, updates, and internal communications
- Help coordinate onboarding activities for senior team members
- Track progress on key initiatives and help maintain momentum
- Arrange and prepare for meetings with external stakeholders
- Compile background information and briefing materials
- Assist with follow-up communications as needed
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support roles, preferably within detail-oriented services environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
