A firm specializing in personal insurance for healthcare professionals is seeking an organized and proactive individual to support the activities of an administrative insurance agent, ensuring the management, follow-up, and coordination of client files.Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on client files in personal insurance
- Coordinate communications with insurance companies
- Prepare and carry out assessments/reviews
- Maintain and update client databases
- Use client management software and office tools
- Handle document management (scanning, archiving, secure transmission)
- Respond to client inquiries by email and phone
- Communicate regularly with both French- and English-speaking clients
- Plan and follow up on appointments
- Support the firm’s administrative operations
- Experience in administration or administrative support
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in insurance or financial services (an asset)
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer tools and management software
- French (required)
- English (required – needed to communicate regularly with English-speaking clients)
- Portuguese is an asset for communicating with some clients
