A firm specializing in personal insurance for healthcare professionals is seeking an organized and proactive individual to support the activities of an administrative insurance agent, ensuring the management, follow-up, and coordination of client files.Responsibilities
  • Manage and follow up on client files in personal insurance
  • Coordinate communications with insurance companies
  • Prepare and carry out assessments/reviews
  • Maintain and update client databases
  • Use client management software and office tools
  • Handle document management (scanning, archiving, secure transmission)
  • Respond to client inquiries by email and phone
  • Communicate regularly with both French- and English-speaking clients
  • Plan and follow up on appointments
  • Support the firm’s administrative operations
Desired Profile
  • Experience in administration or administrative support
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in insurance or financial services (an asset)
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computer tools and management software
Languages
  • French (required)
  • English (required – needed to communicate regularly with English-speaking clients)
  • Portuguese is an asset for communicating with some clients
