Job Description
A firm specializing in personal insurance for healthcare professionals is looking for an organized and proactive individual to support brokerage activities and manage client files administratively.
This role combines administrative responsibilities with support for brokerage processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and manage client files and documents related to insurance applications
- Prepare and verify forms and administrative correspondence
- Monitor insurance policies, renewals, and related documents
- Communicate with clients and insurance companies to follow up on files
- Respond to information requests by phone and email
- Maintain organization of files and document management
- Prepare certain administrative reports and file follow-ups
- Coordinate information between clients, healthcare professionals, and insurers
- Provide administrative support for the brokerage process prior to closing sales Profile
- Experience in administration or administrative support
- Experience managing files and preparing documents
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners
- Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
- Experience handling forms, correspondence, and administrative follow-up
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously Languages
- French and English required
- Spanish is an asset for communicating with certain clients

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
