- Manage CEO's calendar, travel, meetings, and communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Support special projects and track deadlines
- Handle personal errands, appointments, and household coordination
- Plan personal events and liaise with vendors and service providers
- Maintain confidentiality and manage urgent issues as needed
- 3-5 years' experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Discreet, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently
- Confident, polished appearance (business casual - blazer standard)
- Comfortable supporting both business and personal tasks
- Must enjoy dogs - this is a dog-friendly office!
