Executive AssistantOur client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high‑level, trusted support to senior executives in a fast‑paced, complex environment. This role is responsible for managing calendars and travel, preparing professional presentations and briefing materials, drafting and editing executive communications, and supporting high‑touch interactions with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting C‑suite leaders, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities with confidence.Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Develop and maintain executive‑ and board‑ready presentations that clearly communicate complex information
  • Draft, edit, and format professional communications and documents aligned with executive tone and standards
  • Prepare concise, decision‑ready briefing notes by synthesizing research, background information, and key inputs
  • Manage and prioritize executive calendars, anticipating conflicts and ensuring effective use of time
  • Coordinate detailed, multi‑component travel arrangements and produce clear itineraries and travel briefs
  • Support executive meetings, client engagements, and events with well‑prepared materials and seamless logistics
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate communication
  • Track priorities, actions, and deadlines for key initiatives, identifying risks and follow‑ups early
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Deliver consistently high‑quality work while managing multiple, changing priorities
Your strengths include:
  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C‑suite leaders
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools
  • Proven ability to create presentations, briefing notes, and executive documentation independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
  • Confidence interacting with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing complex travel and scheduling logistics
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability in a demanding environment
