- Develop and maintain executive‑ and board‑ready presentations that clearly communicate complex information
- Draft, edit, and format professional communications and documents aligned with executive tone and standards
- Prepare concise, decision‑ready briefing notes by synthesizing research, background information, and key inputs
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars, anticipating conflicts and ensuring effective use of time
- Coordinate detailed, multi‑component travel arrangements and produce clear itineraries and travel briefs
- Support executive meetings, client engagements, and events with well‑prepared materials and seamless logistics
- Serve as a professional point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate communication
- Track priorities, actions, and deadlines for key initiatives, identifying risks and follow‑ups early
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Deliver consistently high‑quality work while managing multiple, changing priorities
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C‑suite leaders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools
- Proven ability to create presentations, briefing notes, and executive documentation independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
- Confidence interacting with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders
- Experience managing complex travel and scheduling logistics
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability in a demanding environment
