- Manage complex calendars and email for senior leadership, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is protected
- Act as a gatekeeper, filtering requests, managing access, and keeping leaders focused on high-value work
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics across multiple stakeholders
- Take detailed, accurate meeting notes, including senior leadership meetings, and track follow-ups
- Provide executive-level support across leadership
- Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and executive discussions
- Support office coordination and problem-solving within the Edmonton office
- Handle a broad range of administrative and operational tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Be available for occasional after-hours support in urgent situations
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant capacity
- Proven ability to support multiple senior leaders at once in a high-demand environment
- Highly organized, efficient, and proactive. Able to anticipate needs and take action
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle changing priorities
- Confident working with senior leaders in fast-paced, industrial-style environments
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable with a hands-on approach
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or energy is strongly preferred
- Must be based in Edmonton and able to work fully in-office
