- Strategically manage complex calendars in a rapidly changing environment, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Coordinate seamlessly with other executives, assistants, and senior leaders to balance competing demands.
- Protect time and anticipate scheduling conflicts while ensuring availability for critical meetings.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
- Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, events, and team gatherings.
- Serve as the face of Dropbox on behalf of your VP, building strong, trust-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with other admins to ensure effective leadership coverage, alignment, and consistency across the broader org.
- Coordinate and track special projects, initiatives, and cross-functional priorities.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports with accuracy.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Provide career development and mentorship support to fellow admins, as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent field experience).
- 5+ years' experience in an executive or administrative support role, preferably supporting senior leaders.
- Proven ability to manage heavy calendaring for multiple leaders and support their teams.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities in an organized, detail-oriented way.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to act quickly and independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across a wide spectrum of personalities and stakeholders.
- Track record of being proactive, resourceful, and consistently going above and beyond.
- Event planning expertise.
- Experience working in the tech industry.
- Familiarity supporting engineering leadership teams.
- Exposure to project or program management responsibilities.
