
Executive Assistant - Events - Cosmetic field

- Assist the executive team and the HR Director with their tasks and activities;
- Coordinate various events and travel arrangements (conferences, meetings, business trips, etc.);
- Manage the calendar with close attention to priorities;
- Review and draft communications (emails and letters), documents, presentations, and meeting minutes;
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, and mail) and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate contacts;
- Coordinate meeting logistics.
- Diploma in secretarial studies or any other relevant combination of education and experience;
- Experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written;
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities;
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and autonomy;
- Versatility, proactivity, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
