- Beyond Traditional EA Work: From drafting and refining high-level documents, to coordinating key committees, corporate events, and stakeholder engagements-your role goes beyond classic support.
- Dynamic & Flexible Environment: Primarily in-person in vibrant Downtown Montreal, with the flexibility of some remote workdays.What you'll do:- Orchestrate complex calendars, meetings, and executive agendas.
- Prepare and polish executive documents, presentations, and board materials.
- Manage travel logistics, budgets, and expense reporting.
- Support corporate events, VIP visits, and operational follow-ups across the VP's portfolio.What we're looking for:- Strong French language both spoken & written.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders.
- Highly organized, discreet, and proactive, with a strong mastery of Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with a collaborative spirit.Other Language Requirement: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
- Reason for Language Requirement: Communication and written documentation with stakeholders outside Quebec region
