Together to succeed – Outstanding client service – Commitment to results – Embracing change🛠️ Your ResponsibilitiesLead audit, review, compilation, and other assurance engagements across a variety of industries.Collaborate closely with junior and senior auditors, as well as managers and partners, to ensure high-quality and efficient engagements.Supervise intermediate auditors in the field and uphold firm standards and values throughout the audit process.Prepare Canadian tax returns for individuals, corporations, and other entities, demonstrating solid tax knowledge.Contribute to special mandates by delivering innovative, tailored solutions to meet client needs.Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth through constructive feedback and hands-on coaching.🎓 Your ProfileBachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.CPA designation completed or in progress (registered with the Ordre des CPA du Québec).Minimum of four years’ experience in a public accounting firm.Strong understanding of Canadian Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE).Solid experience preparing Canadian tax returns for both individuals and corporations.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Canadian Auditing Standards (CAS).Experience with Caseware, CaseView, and Taxprep (an asset).🤝 Your StrengthsStrong technical expertise and attention to detail.Exceptional organizational skills and methodical approach.Excellent communication skills with a proactive and anticipatory mindset.Results-driven, with a strong ability to meet budgets and deadlines.High level of integrity and accountability.Flexibility and willingness to travel whithin the Outaouais region for client engagements.🌐 Language RequirementsFluency in French, both spoken and written.Proficiency in English is required due to the nature of the position: the selected candidate will be required to communicate regularly, both verbally and in writing, with clients and colleagues located outside of Quebec whose working language is English.
