Location: Ottawa East (on site Monday to Friday)
Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourAre you available for a 2-3-month contract and eager to apply your experience in customer service within a small, team-oriented office setting?As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you are responsible for serving customers in person, via phone, email or online chat.Responsibilities include:- Provide a high standard of service by being prompt to respond to enquiries.
- Ensure client complaints are addressed, managed professionally providing a positive resolution.
- Update client accounting information.
- Create an awareness for industry events, promotions and new products.
- Support shipping and warehouse as needed.
- Provide general support to the team.Qualifications:- Post-secondary education.
- Two years of experience in client service with the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate tact and professionalism.
- Proficiency using a variety of software programs, strong keyboarding skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, written & spoken; ability to speak French is a must.
