What You’ll Be Doing as the Corporate Controller

Lead month-end and financial reporting across multiple entities and joint ventures
Oversee audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Guide and mentor a diverse accounting team across AP, AR, payroll, and project accounting
Enhance ERP system integrity, security, and reporting capabilities
Partner cross-functionally to deliver meaningful financial insights
Drive continuous improvement in controls, processes, and reporting systems
Manage insurance renewals and external financial institution relationships

About You as the Corporate Controller

CPA designation with a passion for elevating financial operations
Experience navigating complex, multi-entity environments
Strong exposure to complex accounting concepts like cost-to-completion, contract & project accounting
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data mining tools (Power BI or Tableau)
Comfortable working across multiple systems
A proactive mindset with a drive to make improvements as you see the need
