- Work directly with the CEO by providing financial insight

- Lead a full-cycle accounting team of 4+ individuals across multiple entities
- Oversee financial reporting, month-end close, and variance analysis
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Support ERP implementation and continuous process improvements
- Comfortable thriving in a high-output, non-corporate, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong exposure to multi-entity reporting across Canada and the U.S.
- Experience with ERP transitions or system implementations
- Background in cost accounting, job costing, or project-based environments
- Naturally outspoken, hands-on, and results-driven in your approach
