- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce initiatives.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop optimized workflows and processes that align with best practices and business objectives.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate in configuring Salesforce solutions in lower environments to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, flows, page layouts, reports, configuring email-to-case processes, Classic to Lightning migration, etc.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Design Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements while maximizing system capabilities.
- Coordinate and facilitate UAT to ensure that solutions meet user expectations and requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand how to effectively utilize Salesforce.
- Create user documentation and training materials to facilitate onboarding and ongoing support.
- Work closely with developers and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in testing and validation of new features and enhancements.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and other key metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Participate with Salesforce Product Owner Team in triaging and categorizing daily support queries related to user access, data transformation, analytics, new functionalities, bugs, and project related tasks.
- Collaborate in administrating the focal management processes
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Technology Management, or a related field.
- You have Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator)
- You are proficiency in Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and CRMA is an asset
- You have five (5) + years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce.
- You have proven experience in gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce, and managing projects.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- You have project management and change management skills
- You have knowledge of data management and reporting tools.
- You have knowledge of Excel (asset)
