Description :AEM AdministratorTemporary Full-time (approx. 12 months)Open Until FilledAnnual Salary ($75,204 - $103,406)We’re looking for an AEM Administrator to join our team! This position is integral to the function of our organization, playing a critical role in how we manage, optimize, and evolve our digital experience platforms. The AEM Administrator supports the delivery of engaging, secure, and member-focused digital experiences by ensuring our Adobe Experience Manager environment is stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.The key responsibilities for this role include:

Build and maintain AEM Sites components using HTL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3; translate UX/UI designs into responsive, accessible experiences.
Administer AEM access and permissions (users/groups/roles) via Adobe Admin Console product profiles; support periodic access governance and audit evidence needs.
Coordinate releases via Cloud Manager: manage intake/triage, peer reviews/approvals, promotions across environments, and stakeholder release communications.
Configure and optimize Dispatcher/CDN caching and overall site performance; ensure WCAG accessibility, SEO hygiene, and cross-browser compatibility.
Provide L1 production support: troubleshoot author/publish/dispatcher issues, analyze logs, and escalate to vendors/partners as required—tracking issues to resolution.
Support security remediation work (e.g., CSP/scan findings) and maintain security-related operational procedures.
Maintain runbooks and enablement documentation; contribute to continuous improvements in monitoring and operations.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an AEM Developer/Admin (AEM as a Cloud Service preferred).
Strong proficiency with HTL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3; experience with templates, clientlibs, and style systems.
Experience with Cloud Manager deployments/release workflows and production troubleshooting/log analysis.
Working knowledge of Dispatcher and caching strategies.
