- Provide operational thought leadership by identifying and executing opportunities to streamline & improve existing practices
- Leverage critical thinking and data analytics to audit, analyze and report on the efficacy of policies, identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive partner renewal business practices initiatives and improvements
- Assist internal teams with policy enforcement in their business units, as well as developing, implementing and monitoring action plans
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Renewals, Partner, Sales, Support and Legal teams, and drive the implementation, adoption, and compliance with business standards
- + 1 year leadership experience and 5+ years of Partner/Alliance management and Renewals or Sales background in the technology industry. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Detail oriented with a command of channel business, renewal, and sales deal cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to implement and communicate related initiatives and policies. Proven ability to effectively and constructively team and negotiate with stakeholders to influence and drive appropriate business outcomes.
- Strong organizational, reporting, project and program management, critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Advanced experience with Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint.
