- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is required. You must be in good standing with CPA Ontario (this will be verified prior to interview with client).
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit and assurance engagements.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Knowledge of current accounting principles (ASPE, GAAP, GAAS) and auditing standards.
