Join us.YOUR IMPACTAs Senior Manager, Project Management, you will play a hands-on and operational role in supporting, maintaining and enhancing our Customer Success Organization’s (CSO) revenue governance function. This role will serve as problem solver and a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing critical support in evaluating exception requests and summarizing key deal insights, helping the business meet approval obligations. You will take ownership of critical governance activities and ensure policies, processes and controls are effectively implemented and reinforced across the business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of business acumen, operational rigor, and cross-functional collaboration to drive compliant standard business practices.WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Driving results by effectively coaching and mentoring a team.
  • Structuring the team's ongoing work; reprioritizing plans to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Providing operational thought leadership by identifying and executing upon opportunities to streamline & improve existing practices.
  • Review and analyze contractual, financial, and other documentation for complex exception requests against policy and summarize for senior leader review.
  • Partner with Sales, Renewals, Professional Services, and Legal teams to capture financial and commercial deal structure and terms.
  • Leverage data analytics to audit, analyze and report on the efficacy of policies and controls, identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive business practices initiatives and improvements.
  • Assist internal teams with policy enforcement in their business units, as well as developing, implementing and monitoring action plans.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including enablement, and support the implementation, adoption, and compliance of CSO revenue policies.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • 5+ years of Deal Desk, Contracts, Finance, Bid Management, and/or Sales Operations management background in the technology industry. +1 year leadership experience. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Detail oriented with an understanding of sales, renewal, and professional services deal cycles. Experience in reviewing, managing, or advising on complex deals, delivering high quality commercial and contractual guidance against business standards within challenging timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to implement and communicate related policies. Proven ability to effectively and constructively team and negotiate with stakeholders to influence and drive appropriate business outcomes.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and possess high ethical standards.
  • Professionally persistent, patient, respectful, honest, and strong under pressure.
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint
