Job DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?We are looking for a Lead Site Reliability Engineer- Flosum to join our technology team in a highly regulated financial environment. This role is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of the Flosum platform, which powers our Salesforce DevOps processes.The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with a strong understanding of compliance, auditability, and secure change management, providing both tool stewardship and direct support to business and technology users.What will you do?Serve as the primary administrator for our Flosum instance, ensuring availability, scalability, and performanceMaintain Flosum integrations with Salesforce and third-party tools (e.g., Jira, Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow)Manage platform upgrades, patches, and security configurations in line with IT governance policiesConfigure and optimize Flosum CI/CD pipelines for secure and efficient deployment of Salesforce changesProvide hands-on support for deployment activities across development, QA, UAT, and production environmentsEnsure all changes follow proper change control processes, with clear documentation and rollback capabilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for internal developers, admins, and release managers using FlosumEnsure change traceability and audit readiness for all Salesforce deploymentsWork closely with IT Risk & Compliance teams to align Flosum configurations with internal and external regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR)Generate reports for audits, including deployment logs, approvals, and version historyWhat do you need to succeed?
