We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.What will you do?Provide technical support for enterprise’s search tool and other digital productsManage, monitor and troubleshoot Apache Solr clusters in production environmentsCollaborate with the development team to understand the architecture and design of these systems.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.Implement automation tools and frameworks to improve operational efficiency.Develop and maintain documentation on system procedures and troubleshooting guides.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of new features and updates on cloud as well as linux systems.Debug and resolve search relevancy, performance, and scalability issuesImplement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery for search systemsParticipate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical production systems.What do you need to succeed?Must have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.6+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in software development and system administration.Experience with RedHat Linux OS and Apache SolrKnowledge of DevOps tools like Git, Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.Strong problem-solving skills with an investigative mentality and a proactive approach.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.What’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
