- Develop and expand brand partnerships for outdoor sports apparel in Canada & the U.S.
- Identify sales opportunities and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets
- Provide expert recommendations on product selection, materials, and design
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Collaborate with SOLAMODA’s global business team for technical, production, and quality support
- Travel within North America for client visits, trade shows, and industry events
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Sports Management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of outdoor apparel materials, production, and fashion trends
- 5-10 years in outdoor apparel, sportswear, or related industries
- Strong B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
- Established network of brand clients or key industry connections in North America
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience in North America
- Languages: Fluent in English; French preferred to serve French-speaking clients in Quebec
- Strong market research, data analysis, and strategic planning skills
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital sales tools
- Valid Canadian work permit (authorization to work in Canada is required)
- Willing to travel within Canada and the U.S. for client meetings and trade shows
- Industry connections (existing network of brand clients is a strong asset)
- Valid driver’s license for business travel
