Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position is responsible for sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets. Included but not limited to new and used wholegood inventory.
- Provide for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals.
- Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers and employees.
- Achieve market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
- Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Assist in the management of Branch account receivables in conjunction with the VP of Credit and VP of Operations.
- Other duties as assigned
- Certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management of related field preferred
- 3-5 years' HR Generalist and/or Recruiting experience preferred
- CPHR considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Professionalism, organizational, and project management skills
- Strong computer skills required; familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems considered an asset
