Job Type: Full-time (on the road & occasional office visits)Are you a natural sales hunter who thrives on chasing opportunities, closing deals, and earning big commissions? Do you excel in building strong client relationships while consistently exceeding your targets? If so, we want you on our team!Responsibilities:- Achieve - and surpass - personal and company sales targets
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Provide tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams (Mobile Route Driver, Area Store Manager) to execute targeted sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to the Sales Manager
- Keep accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRMQualifications:- 2-3 years of proven sales success (industrial B2B experience is a strong asset)
- Highly motivated by commissions and performance-based earnings
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
