- Provide Tier 2/3 support for Yardi-related issues, including diagnosis and resolution
- Act as escalation point for Yardi incidents from internal support teams
- Liaise with external vendors and Yardi support for complex issue resolution
- Maintain and support Yardi modules (e.g., Voyager, RentCafe, PayScan, Procure-to-Pay)
- Manage user roles, permissions, and system configurations
- Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance
- Monitor system performance and ensure platform reliability
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Yardi systems
- Support reporting and data analysis requirements
- Utilize SQL for querying, reconciliation, and validation
- Provide day-to-day support to end users across the organization
- Deliver training to new and existing users on Yardi functionality
- Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides
- Support implementation of new modules, upgrades, and system enhancements
- Assist with system integrations and data migration initiatives
- Participate in UAT, regression testing, and release validation
- Document system configurations, changes, and processes
- Enforce system standards, controls, and change management practices
- Identify and recommend improvements to system usage and business processes
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to financial data
- Contribute to ERP roadmap planning and ongoing platform improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting Yardi ERP in a production environment
- Experience supporting ERP systems within finance or accounting functions
- Industry experience in real estate, property management, or construction preferred
- Strong knowledge of Yardi modules (e.g., Voyager, RentCafe, PayScan)
- Experience with system configuration and user administration
- Working knowledge of SQL for reporting and data analysis
- Understanding of system integrations and data workflows
- Understanding of financial processes including GL, AP, AR, and budgeting
- Experience supporting business users in an ERP environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
