- 5+ years experience in high-net-worth or private client services, or 10+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, with a willingness to learn private client services
- RIBO License
- Bonus! Working towards or completion of the CAIB / CIP designation
- Manage a designated portfolio of high-net-worth personal insurance clients, ensuring personalized service, retention, and long-term satisfaction.
- Deliver extraordinary value to our clients by assessing client exposures, advising on tailored insurance solutions, and clearly communicating why recommended coverage is the best fit.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving new business targets, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver cohesive and comprehensive service to shared clients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries related to coverage, billing, claims and other service needs, maintaining high service standards and quick turnaround times.
- Identify and cultivate new business through strategic networking, community involvement, and generating internal referrals.
- Continuously upgrade product and market knowledge to stay informed of evolving insurance solutions and provide expert-level advice to clients.
- Engage in networking events, industry conferences, and client seminars to boost your professional presence and expertise.
