- Assist in the coordination of project activities, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality expectations. Support the Project Manager in day-to-day execution tasks.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, change logs, and safety documentation. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and client use.
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans such as the Safety Management Plan, Quality Plan, and Subcontractor Management Plan.
- Help monitor contract deliverables and scope changes. Ensure documentation is updated and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Promote ClearWater's safety culture by ensuring documentation and reporting align with safety protocols. Assist in tracking compliance issues and resolutions.
- Assist in tracking project performance metrics and flagging potential issues to the Project Manager.
- Support the implementation of project management policies and procedures in collaboration with the project leadership team.

- 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination role, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial services.
- Diploma or Certificate in Project Management, Construction Technology, or a related field.
- PMP-CAPM or equivalent certification is an asset.
- Skilled in supporting project planning, scheduling, and execution activities to ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Works effectively within multidisciplinary teams, contributing to a positive and productive project environment.
- Familiar with project management tools and software; able to interpret basic construction documents and project plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
