Job Title: Project Coordinator IVLocation: Edmonton, ABOur client is seeking a Project Coordinator IV to join their team. As a Project Coordinator IV, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting project transition and closeout processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Description:

Support efficient and timely turnover and closeout of projects
Represent projects in Business Unit Operational Readiness Assurance (ORA) reviews
Track completion of key issues and deficiencies impacting project turnover and closeout
Develop comprehensive Project Closeout Plans
Coordinate Project Lifecycle Gating Control reviews and report on project status to leadership

Qualifications:

Five or more years of related experience in project management, including project turnover, operational readiness, gating, and closeout
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Highly effective interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and coordinate work with diverse groups and stakeholders
Proficiency with all types of project management software
Ability to work in a predominantly office environment with occasional travel and after-hours support
