- Provide product solutions, technical support, and competitor cross references.
- Ensure timely and accurate creation of tender documents through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Issue responses to RFI/RFQ requests from customers.
- Prepare proposals in response to customer RFPs.
- Contribute to an effective and positive customer relationship throughout the sales process.
- Create, maintain, and follow up on opportunities in Salesforce.
- Examine and report on the results of tenders and identify areas for improvement to increase success.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of low voltage distribution systems.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, & ERP Platforms (an asset).
- Strong ability to interpret single line diagrams.
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative, and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously with a collaborative, solution-focused and detail-oriented approach.
- Fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
