The Lead Project Coordinator role involves overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.   • Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and close-out.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Support procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and communication among project participants.

  • Experience in project coordination within the construction general contracting industry, specifically light industrial new builds.
  • A strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • A diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
