This is not your standard coordinator position. You'll be wearing multiple hats-managing document control, acting as the Project Director's right hand (EA-style support), and ensuring the smooth flow of project operations from the Burlington head office, with regular site visits in Brantford.
  • Manage all document control and project correspondence, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution.
  • Provide direct support to the Project Director, coordinating schedules, meetings, reporting, and project administration.
  • Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and ensure logs are current and accurate.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and the site team to keep project deliverables on track.
  • Anticipate needs, problem-solve, and keep the project team organized and results-focused.

  • ICI GC experience in a Project Coordinator or Document Control capacity is required.
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and capable of managing competing priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact at all levels.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in project management/document control software (Procore, Aconex, or similar).
  • A proactive, "get-it-done" mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
