  • Coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's life cycle (from development and initiation to close-out), while under supervision of a Project Manager
  • Responsible for many aspects of a small project or a single aspect of a larger project
  • Coordinate workload through project execution and complete deliverables on budget and schedule
  • Work with the Project Manager, Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews
  • Support project level commercial, contract administration, and project controls activities under the direction of the Project Manager, with a long term development objective of supporting Commercial Management functions.
  • Assist with coordination and tracking of RFIs, submittals, and project documentation, ensuring compliance with HDR and client requirements.
  • Support monitoring of contractual obligations (HDR and subconsultants), including deliverables, fee tracking, and change documentation.
  • Assist with subconsultant agreement administration, ensuring alignment with HDR agreements and project requirements.
  • Support budget tracking, cost forecasting, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) maintenance to ensure consistency across scope, schedule, budgets, actuals, and approved changes.
  • Assist with change management activities, including tracking change requests, coordinating approvals, and ensuring approved changes are reflected in project documents and systems.
  • Participate in commercial reviews, supporting identification of cost, schedule, or scope risks.
  • Perform other duties as needed
Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required based on project needs.Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to project commercial support, project controls, or contract administration in multidisciplinary engineering or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with project controls or document management systems (e.g., QuickBase, Unifier, or similar platforms).
  • PMP certification
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5 years related experience
  • Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
