We are WSP.The OpportunityBuild the Future with UsStep into a pivotal coordination role supporting the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary federal and municipal infrastructure projects-from early engineering design through active construction. As a Senior Project Coordinator within WSP's Project Management Group (PMG), you'll provide hands-on leadership across project controls, site coordination, document management, and reporting, including work in secure and regulated environments. This role offers meaningful site involvement, autonomy, and a clear pathway for continued growth within a safety-first, high-performing team. The role may act as a Deputy to the Project Manager for defined coordination and control functions.Your Impact
- Coordinate integrated project management tools, including execution plans, schedules, registers, and reporting dashboards
- Lead project controls activities across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, procurement, and communications
- Track design and construction progress, identify variances, and support recovery planning
- Maintain document control systems aligned with contractual, client, and security requirements
- Support financial tracking, invoice reviews, change management, and forecasting activities
- Participate in site meetings, inspections, and progress reviews across active construction environments
- Enable effective collaboration between engineering teams, contractors, inspectors, and client stakeholders
- Promote a strong safety culture across office and site-based project activities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in project coordination.
- Proven experience supporting complex projects through both design and construction phases
- Demonstrated delivery experience on federal and/or municipal projects
- PMP designation (required)
- Strong understanding of engineering deliverables, construction sequencing, and technical coordination
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to work independently in office, remote, and active construction or secure site environments

MB & ON: $57,500 - $76,200
