This consultant will be responsible for translating technical specifications into fully functional and tested enterprise applications, supporting integration efforts, and ensuring high-quality code deliverables for public-sector systems.ScopeTranslating technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.Developing detailed programming specifications.Writing, generating, and maintaining clean, efficient, and testable code.Compiling and maintaining data-driven programs and conducting unit tests.Assignment DeliverablesBackend application components and microservices using Java OpenJDK.REST and SOAP web services using Spring Boot.CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows, and containerized deployments.API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger.Expertise RequiredMust Have:5+ years Java OpenJDK 8 and 113+ years Spring Boot 2 or 33+ years SOAP Web Services3+ years REST Services3+ years Git, DevOps, CI/CD3+ years Docker and Kubernetes3+ years OpenAPI Specification3+ years OAuth23+ years Java Data JPA and Hibernate5+ years Oracle and 3+ years SQL Server databases5+ years JUnit 4 or 5.Nice to Have:Experience with relational & hierarchical databases.Experience eliciting and documenting requirements from business stakeholders.Security ClearanceRequired.ImportantThis is a business-to-business engagement.
