Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.About the EngagementAkkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Back-End Software Developer with strong expertise in .NET, C#, React, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role will support the development and enhancement of enterprise-grade applications, integrations, and data pipelines within a highly collaborative Agile environment. The successful candidate will architect, design, customize, and enhance Dynamics 365 solutions.ScopeArchitect and implement server-side logic, APIs, and integration layers.Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dataverse, workflows, plug-ins, and Power Automate flows.Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate React components and ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.Optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and indexes for performance and reliability.Assignment DeliverablesDevelopment of secure, scalable, and high-performing back-end applications and APIs.Customizations and enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics CRM (entities, forms, views, dashboards, web resources, and business logic).Development of workflows, plug-ins, Power Automate flows, and CRM portal customizations.Delivery of complex Power BI reports over Dynamics 365.Expertise RequiredMust Have:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in .NET/C# and React.Experience customizing Dynamics CRM including entities, forms, reports, dashboards, ribbon, and menus.Strong experience building workflows, plug-ins, Power Automate flows, and CRM online integrations.Proficiency in customizing Dynamics using C#, JavaScript, HTML.Expert knowledge of Dynamics CRM SDK, Web API, Organization Services, OData, FetchXML, XRM Toolbox.Experience building custom portals using ASP.NET, .NET Core, Angular-JS, TypeScript, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps.Experience generating Power BI reports integrated with Dynamics 365.Nice to Have:Experience conducting design walkthroughs, code reviews, and architectural assessments.Strong awareness of AODA and accessibility compliance.Ability to produce system and user documentation.Security ClearanceRequired.ImportantThis is a business-to-business engagement.
