- Perform data analysis using first party & third party data, able to dissect business issues, analyze large amounts of data, and draw actionable conclusions
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns across various channels. Go beyond standard metrics to uncover the "why" behind performance.
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports that track key marketing KPIs. Ensure that stakeholders have access to timely and accurate data to inform their decisions.
- Design experiments to test hypotheses and analysis to measure business impact
- Define, measure and track key marketing metrics over time, occasionally performing deep dives to understand what drives change in metrics
- Translate insights into a cohesive narrative and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Act as a dedicated analytical partner to marketing managers (e.g., Brand, Product Marketing, Growth). Provide the data and insights needed to refine strategies, set realistic goals, and execute effective campaigns.
- Degree (or related work experience) with a focus in analytics, statistics, economics, marketing, or other quantitative fields
- 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within marketing, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL - able to write structured and efficient queries on large data sets
- Experience with A/B testing is preferred
- Experience in Marketing Models like Multi-Media Modeling / Attribution Modeling is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and modeling.
- Proficiency in a data visualization tool like Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle ambiguous problems, break them down, and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex data and findings to a variety of stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage multiple competing priorities, and drive projects to completion.
