You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Go Expansion Senior Management at the Turnkey level, ensuring the seamless coordination of project management office activities. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Systems S&TC, Electrification, Systems, Vehicle Suppliers, and transversal support functions), manage key project governance activities, and much more.You'll specifically take care of developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and reports, but also support senior management in managing key information and preparing presentations.We'll look to you for:Reporting internal and external KPIsCoordinating transversal internal and external reportsOverarching needs for production on plans and proceduresCoordinating meetings, diaries, and project governance issues across subsystems, partners, and customersDeveloping and maintaining detailed project schedules for regular reportingPreparing and/or editing meeting minutes and presentationsFollowing up on tasks and keeping track of due datesApplying analytical skills to compile summary documents, such as Monthly Progress Reports, Management Plans, and Project Delivery ReviewsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
