Structure: Contract 8 months to start

- Coordinate end-to-end telecom project activities including installation, configuration, testing, migration, commissioning, and decommissioning of communication systems.
- Support project documentation and governance processes, including preparation, review, and maintenance of key deliverables such as project plans, requirements documents, and test artifacts.
- Facilitate coordination across multiple stakeholders including IT, security, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure adherence to change control, security, and project requirements.
- Lead on-site coordination activities including requirement gathering, user migration, system updates, and ensuring infrastructure and monitoring systems remain accurate and up to date.
- Experience coordinating complex technical projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in systems integration, with exposure to telecommunications infrastructure such as telephony, radio, satellite, or network systems considered an asset.
- Experience supporting project scoping, estimating, scheduling, and documentation within structured project environments.
- Experience working in regulated or industrial environments, including on-site build, commissioning, and migration activities; nuclear or power generation experience considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education in engineering, technology, or related field, with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills and ability to obtain nuclear site security clearance.
