What's the Job?We are seeking a Sr. Production Supervisor to provide frontline leadership across all manufacturing shifts. This role drives performance in Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Delivery, and People Development. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in a fast-paced, highly regulated manufacturing environment.Pay Rate: From $29.80/hr

12 Month contractWhat You'll Do

Lead daily production operations and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and food safety programs (HACCP, CCP, OPRP, allergen control, etc.).
Drive root-cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage employee relations, including coaching, investigations, and grievance handling (union environment).
Ensure weekly production schedules are executed and communicated effectively.
Partner with QA, Planning, HR, Maintenance, and Training teams.
Lead OEE improvement, waste reduction, and labor cost optimization.
Support onboarding, training, and skills development for production teams.

What We're Looking For

Experience supervising in manufacturing (union experience preferred).
Strong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance programs.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to lead across multiple shifts and drive continuous improvement.
