Job SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead Mechanical and Electrical Technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is 75% on the production floor, ensuring PM/CM completion, equipment reliability, food safety compliance, and technician performance.Pay Rate: $25-$29/hr
12 months contractKey Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Maintenance Technicians (6/2 floor-to-admin rule).
Identify skill gaps and drive training using skill matrices.
Ensure safe work practices and compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards.
Collaborate with Maintenance Planner on weekly plans, PM/CM execution, and resource allocation.
Apply ICMS PM methodology; ensure all PMs, tags, and AM tasks are completed.
Conduct RCAs and lead breakdown reduction using ICMS tools.
Enforce AMMS/CMMS data accuracy and accountability.
Support shutdowns, overhauls, and major maintenance activities.
Manage F-tag completion and 24-hour visibility of maintenance-related losses.
Maintain 5S standards in maintenance areas and storerooms.
Use Kronos for timekeeping, overtime justification, and attendance accuracy.
Monitor and optimize external services

Qualifications

Experience supervising maintenance teams in manufacturing.
Strong PM/CM knowledge and familiarity with ICMS/TPM/AM systems.
Ability to lead RCA, reliability, and continuous improvement activities.
Understanding of food safety PMs and MOC processes.
Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
Experience with CMMS/AMMS and timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos).
