- Supporting employees across Canada and the United States.
- Providing administrative support across HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits, and employee records.
- Maintaining our HRIS (Dayforce) and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Managing benefit administration and answering employee questions with professionalism and care.
- Supporting onboarding by preparing job offers, scheduling orientations, and welcoming new hires.
- Assisting with employee offboarding, including internal processes and exit interviews.
- Preparing HR reports, metrics, and compliance documentation.
- Responding to HR inquiries from employees and managers in a timely, helpful manner.
- Jumping in to support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or completion of an HR certificate program (required).
- Knowledge of employment law and legislation.
- CHRP designation (or working toward it) is an asset.
- Bilingual in English and French? Even better!
- Experience with HRIS systems (Dayforce) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and a service-first mindset.
- Ability to build strong relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
