  • Manage directly a team of software developers by providing coaching, setting expectations, and managing performance while leading hiring efforts to scale the team.
  • Own the technical roadmap and execute long-term strategies in partnership with executive leads to simplify and modernize the core.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development peers to develop Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), author 1-pagers, and guide the execution of long-term business goals.
  • Approve team design and launch docs for technical readiness, ensuring all projects are optimized and meet high development standards.
  • Identify opportunities to decrease developer toil while increasing overall team velocity, efficiency, and job satisfaction.
