- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development with Kotlin, Java, or Swift.
- 5 years of experience in iOS or android application development.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience managing project teams, setting technical direction, and mentoring executive developers.
- Experience designing complex software architectures for mobile or spatial computing using modern UI frameworks such as Jetpack Compose, React, or SwiftUI.
- Experience with AI-based development and productivity workflows, and rolling out AI-based practices to a team.
- Experience building spatial apps, 3D game engines, or other Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality.
- Experience interacting directly with OEMs or third-party developers to provide SDKs, reference code, and documentation.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. - Own technical roadmaps by balancing projects with value that anticipate stakeholder needs with imminent launch requirements, applying a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Ensure launches are delivered on time and at a high degree of quality by building for testability, setting and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), assisting with complex issue triage, and meeting compliance launch criteria.
- Empower the team to build delightful, extensible, and high-quality experiences through resource planning and advocacy, technical mentorship, and workflow improvements utilizing AI.
- Manage partner relationships to ensure delivery of the best of Google services to a wide variety of users as quickly and effectively as possible.
- Create opportunities by cultivating new ideas and carrying them through an iterative Research and Development (R&D) process with XR leadership stakeholders in the loop to bring them to life in real products.
