- Conduct detailed business analysis to understand and document business requirements related to financial investment technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy.
- Work closely with development teams to design, test, and implement technology solutions that enhance investment processes and systems.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Provide expertise or strive to become an expert in financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for investment technology projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Potential participation in on-call rotation during business day.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in business system analysis, with a focus on financial industry technologies;
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements;
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio);
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (preferred).
- Experience with financial software and investment management systems;
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Previous fintech experience.
