- Gather and analyze training needs identified by the leadership development team;
- Develop training plans, outlines, and/or scenarios;
- Work closely with the content expert to collect information and document training materials;
- Develop learning materials such as exercise workbooks for participants and facilitators, presentations, reference guides, work tools, videos, e-learning, quizzes, 360-degree videos, etc;
- Measure the impact of implemented training programs, aiming to continually improve their content and thus reinforce and support acquired and desired behaviors;
- Develop training programs using blended learning approaches;
- Contribute to the promotion of training programs or activities;
- Contribute to enhancing the corporate image of the Pomerleau Academy;
- Proactively seek training providers and establish partnerships with them;
- Identify best practices by actively participating in technological monitoring in learning, telepresence, and the evolution of virtual reality;
- Document the process of creating and deploying training.
- Diploma in educational technology is an asset;
- A graduate diploma in adult education and training will be considered a major asset;
- Relevant experience in adult training program design (Andragogy);
- Knowledge of the construction industry will be considered a major asset;
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Mastery of the Adobe suite;
- Attention to detail;
- Strong organizational skills and project management abilities;
- Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization;
- Strong analytical skills;
- High creativity;
- Initiative mindset;
- Ability to travel anywhere in Canada.
